DREAMERS CLUB LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/h1>

Effective from [07\/01\/2026]<\/strong><\/p>

The Dreamers Club loyalty program (the \u201cLoyalty Program\u201d) is operated by Iconic Selection by Savaidis Group (the \u201cCompany\u201d) in connection with selected properties in Rhodes, Greece, including but not limited to M Mansion Villa, Stalea Villa, Althea Villa, Lindos Harmony Suites and Palmea Suites (each a \u201cParticipating Property\u201d).<\/p>

The Loyalty Program is operated under the terms and conditions set out below (the \u201cProgram Terms\u201d). The Program Terms govern the relationship between the Company and the members of the Loyalty Program (collectively, \u201cLoyalty Program Members\u201d, \u201cMembers\u201d, and individually, a \u201cMember\u201d or \u201cyou\u201d), including how Members manage their accounts, book reservations, earn and redeem Loyalty Program points (\u201cPoints\u201d) with Participating Properties.<\/p>

By opening a Dreamers Club membership account (\u201cAccount\u201d or \u201cMembership Account\u201d) and accepting membership services of the Loyalty Program, you agree to the Program Terms and any benefits, rules or policies made available to you from time to time. These Program Terms supersede all previous terms and conditions with respect to the Loyalty Program and membership therein between you and the Company. Members are responsible for remaining informed about the Program Terms and any amendments.<\/p>

1. JOIN THE LOYALTY PROGRAM<\/strong><\/h2>

1.1 Eligibility<\/strong><\/h3>

1.1.1<\/strong>
Membership in the Loyalty Program is free and available to any individual who:
(a) has attained the age of 18 and possesses the legal authority to agree to the Program Terms in the country where the individual lives;
(b) resides in a jurisdiction which legally permits participation in the Loyalty Program;
(c) provides valid and accurate personal information when enrolling in the Loyalty Program;
(d) is not already a member of the Loyalty Program (i.e. does not already have a Membership Account); and
(e) has not previously been terminated from the Loyalty Program or any similar loyalty program operated by the Company.<\/p>

1.1.2<\/strong>
Members are responsible for reading and understanding the Program Terms, account statements and other communications from the Company about the Loyalty Program in order to understand their rights, responsibilities and status in the Loyalty Program. If a Member has any questions, the Member should contact the Company at Dreamers@iconicselection.gr<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>

1.2 Participating Properties & Dreamers Channels<\/strong><\/h3>

1.2.1<\/strong>
\u201cParticipating Properties\u201d are villas, suites and other accommodation units operated under the Iconic Selection brand which the Company designates as participating in the Loyalty Program from time to time. Participation of a property in the Loyalty Program and acceptance of new properties into the Loyalty Program is at the sole discretion of the Company and may change at any time.<\/p>

1.2.2<\/strong>
\u201cDreamers Channels\u201d refers to communication and booking channels controlled by the Company, in particular the official Iconic Selection website and booking engine, direct email and direct telephone reservations with the Participating Properties.<\/p>

1.2.3<\/strong>
Bookings made through third-party channels such as online travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers or corporate portals are not considered Dreamers Channels and do not qualify for earning Points.<\/p>

1.3 Membership Tier Level<\/strong><\/h3>

Membership of the Loyalty Program is divided into, in ascending order:<\/p>
