DREAMERS CLUB LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective from [07/01/2026]

The Dreamers Club loyalty program (the “Loyalty Program”) is operated by Iconic Selection by Savaidis Group (the “Company”) in connection with selected properties in Rhodes, Greece, including but not limited to M Mansion Villa, Stalea Villa, Althea Villa, Lindos Harmony Suites and Palmea Suites (each a “Participating Property”).

The Loyalty Program is operated under the terms and conditions set out below (the “Program Terms”). The Program Terms govern the relationship between the Company and the members of the Loyalty Program (collectively, “Loyalty Program Members”, “Members”, and individually, a “Member” or “you”), including how Members manage their accounts, book reservations, earn and redeem Loyalty Program points (“Points”) with Participating Properties.

By opening a Dreamers Club membership account (“Account” or “Membership Account”) and accepting membership services of the Loyalty Program, you agree to the Program Terms and any benefits, rules or policies made available to you from time to time. These Program Terms supersede all previous terms and conditions with respect to the Loyalty Program and membership therein between you and the Company. Members are responsible for remaining informed about the Program Terms and any amendments.


1. JOIN THE LOYALTY PROGRAM

1.1 Eligibility

1.1.1
Membership in the Loyalty Program is free and available to any individual who:
(a) has attained the age of 18 and possesses the legal authority to agree to the Program Terms in the country where the individual lives;
(b) resides in a jurisdiction which legally permits participation in the Loyalty Program;
(c) provides valid and accurate personal information when enrolling in the Loyalty Program;
(d) is not already a member of the Loyalty Program (i.e. does not already have a Membership Account); and
(e) has not previously been terminated from the Loyalty Program or any similar loyalty program operated by the Company.

1.1.2
Members are responsible for reading and understanding the Program Terms, account statements and other communications from the Company about the Loyalty Program in order to understand their rights, responsibilities and status in the Loyalty Program. If a Member has any questions, the Member should contact the Company at Dreamers@iconicselection.gr.


1.2 Participating Properties & Dreamers Channels

1.2.1
“Participating Properties” are villas, suites and other accommodation units operated under the Iconic Selection brand which the Company designates as participating in the Loyalty Program from time to time. Participation of a property in the Loyalty Program and acceptance of new properties into the Loyalty Program is at the sole discretion of the Company and may change at any time.

1.2.2
“Dreamers Channels” refers to communication and booking channels controlled by the Company, in particular the official Iconic Selection website and booking engine, direct email and direct telephone reservations with the Participating Properties.

1.2.3
Bookings made through third-party channels such as online travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers or corporate portals are not considered Dreamers Channels and do not qualify for earning Points.


1.3 Membership Tier Level

Membership of the Loyalty Program is divided into, in ascending order:

  • Member

  • Dreamer

  • Visionary

  • Iconic

Tier levels are based on lifetime Points accumulated by a Member in accordance with Section 2.


1.4 Basic Membership Benefits

A number of benefits are available to all tiers of Members (“Basic Membership Benefits”). These Basic Membership Benefits are offered at the discretion of the Company and may be subject to availability at the Participating Properties. Unless otherwise stated, Basic Membership Benefits are limited to the room or unit used by the Member and do not apply to additional rooms booked by the Member.

The following Basic Membership Benefits are granted to all Members:

1.4.1 Member Communication.
Members will have access to dedicated email support for reservations, Loyalty Program enquiries and general assistance at Dreamers@iconicselection.gr.

1.4.2 Exclusive Member Offers.
All tiers of Members will have the opportunity to benefit from special offers and campaigns communicated exclusively to Members via Dreamers Channels before being made available to the general public.

1.4.3 Member Discount.
All Members receive a Member discount on selected flexible rates when they book directly through Dreamers Channels while logged in or identifying themselves as Members. The exact discount level and applicable rate plans may be adjusted from time to time at the Company’s discretion and communicated via Dreamers Channels.

1.4.4 Earning and Redeeming Points.
All Members are eligible to earn Points on Qualifying Charges and to redeem Points in accordance with Sections 2 and 3.

1.4.5 Late Check-out (Basic).
Subject to availability on the day of departure, Members may request late check-out up until 12:00 noon. Availability and exact time may vary depending on property and occupancy.

Enhanced or additional benefits for higher tiers are described in Section 4.


1.5 Conditions of Enrollment

1.5.1 Completing the Enrollment Application.
An individual may apply to enroll in the Loyalty Program and maintain a Membership Account by fully and accurately completing an application through Dreamers Channels or through other enrollment channels provided or recognized by the Company and providing a valid email address for verification. The Company may deny membership at its sole discretion and without providing reasons.

1.5.2 Individual Membership.
Only individuals are eligible for Loyalty Program membership, and each individual may maintain only one Membership Account. Corporations, groups and other entities cannot enroll as Members. All Membership Accounts are individual accounts and no joint accounts are permitted.

1.5.3 Assignment of Membership Account.
After applying to the Loyalty Program, a Membership Account will be opened and a membership number (“Membership Number”) will be assigned to each applicant. Upon receiving this Membership Number, an individual becomes a Member eligible to earn Points.

1.5.4 Duplicate Accounts.
A Member may not have one or more duplicate Accounts under the Loyalty Program at any time. If more than one Membership Number is assigned to an individual, the Company may merge or cancel duplicate Accounts at its discretion. Points will only be credited to a single Account.

1.5.5 Personal Profile.
Information provided by a Member when enrolling in the Loyalty Program will be maintained in a personal profile within the Membership Account. All information provided by a Member must be valid and accurate and must be kept current. A Member may update contact details by contacting the Company or through any online account tools made available.

1.5.6 Use of Information Collected in Application.
The information a Member provides to the Company when completing the Loyalty Program application or redeeming Points is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Company’s Privacy Policy.


1.6 Membership Communications

1.6.1 Communication of relevant information is important to administering the Loyalty Program and providing Members with the opportunity to maximize benefits. Members will receive Loyalty Program communications as permitted by applicable law.

1.6.2
All Loyalty Program communications will be sent to a Member using various channels, including email to the address provided in the Member’s Account. Communications delivered to the email address on file will be deemed to have been received one (1) business day after sending. Members must keep their email address current. The Company shall not be responsible for misdirected or lost communications.

1.6.3
The Company may also send Members promotional offers, newsletters and information relating to the Loyalty Program and services of the Company, subject to applicable consent requirements. Members may adjust their communication preferences at any time, provided that essential Program communications will still be sent.

1.6.4
A Member can review his or her Points balance and transaction history and update personal details and preferences using such online tools as the Company may provide or by contacting Dreamers@iconicselection.gr.


1.7 Earning Points

1.7.1 Points Subject to Program Terms.
Members may earn Points, which are the currency of the Loyalty Program, on Qualifying Charges at Participating Properties. The accumulation of Points is subject to these Program Terms. Each Member is responsible for reviewing their account and the Program Terms to understand how to earn and redeem Points. Missing Points must be claimed within three (3) months after departure by contacting the Company.

1.7.2 Points Structure.
Members receive ten (10) Points for each euro (€1) of Qualifying Charges (or the local currency equivalent converted into euros according to regularly updated exchange rates used by the Company).

1.7.3 Prohibition on Transferring Points.
Points accrued by a Member are for that Member’s benefit only and may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, leased, lent or offered for auction to anyone. Any Points the Company deems to have been transferred or traded in violation of the Program Terms may be confiscated.

1.7.4 Points Expiration Policy.
Points are valid for thirty-six (36) months from the date of earning. If they are not redeemed within this validity period, the Points will expire and become invalid automatically. Expired Points cannot be reinstated.

1.7.5 Forfeited or Cancelled Points.
Once Points are forfeited, expired or cancelled, they cannot be reinstated, but a Member may continue to earn new Points unless the Member’s Account has been deactivated.

1.7.6 Earning Points in Other Programs.
Simultaneous earning of Points in the Loyalty Program and any other loyalty program for the same stay is excluded, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Company.


1.8 Membership Cancellation

1.8.1 Cancelling or Suspending Membership Accounts.

(i) Cancelling by Member.
A Member may cancel his or her membership in the Loyalty Program at any time by sending written notice (including via email) to Dreamers@iconicselection.gr. Membership ends on the effective date of termination. All Points not redeemed by then will become invalid on that date and cannot be reinstated or transferred thereafter.

(ii) Cancelling or Suspending by the Company.
The Company may cancel or suspend a Member’s Account with notice or with immediate effect for cause, including, without limitation, if the Member has:
a) failed to pay any sums due to a Participating Property;
b) acted in an inappropriate, fraudulent, abusive or hostile manner towards employees, other guests or partners of the Company;
c) breached the Program Terms; or
d) fraudulently claimed eligibility to earn or redeem Points or enjoy benefits.

1.8.2 Effect of Membership Cancellation.

(i) On cancellation of membership for cause, all unredeemed Points will be forfeited without compensation and the Member will no longer be able to participate in the Loyalty Program.

(ii) If the Company cancels a Member’s Account for cause, the Member may not reapply for membership, and any new Account opened in that person’s name may be closed and Points forfeited.

(iii) If a Member cancels his or her Account voluntarily, the Member may reapply at a later date, but no previously forfeited or expired Points will be reinstated.

1.8.3 Modification of the Loyalty Program.
The Company has the right to change, limit, modify or cancel the Loyalty Program and its Awards at any time, provided such changes do not unreasonably disadvantage Members and are made in good faith. Members may not rely upon the continued availability of any specific Award or Tier benefit.

2. EARN POINTS

2.1 Qualifying Charges

2.1.1
“Qualifying Charges” are room charges incurred by a Member during a stay at a Participating Property, where:
(i) the stay has been booked directly via Dreamers Channels;
(ii) the Member personally stays in the accommodation; and
(iii) the charges represent net room revenue (room rate after discounts), excluding taxes, tourism fees, third-party fees, transfers, experiences, F&B and other extras.

2.1.2 Non-Qualifying Charges.
Charges which do not qualify for Points include, without limitation:
(i) bookings made via online travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers or corporate portals;
(ii) group bookings or event-related group rates;
(iii) complimentary stays or stays paid fully by third-party vouchers;
(iv) taxes, tourism fees and other mandatory charges;
(v) F&B, transfers, excursions, spa and other non-room services, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Company from time to time.


2.2 Individual Earning

Only the Member whose name appears on the reservation and who personally stays at the property may earn Points on the Qualifying Charges. Points for a room shared by two or more Members will only be credited to one Membership Account.


2.3 Foreign Exchange

The number of Points earned at Participating Properties where a currency other than euro is used will be calculated based on Qualifying Charges converted to euros at the currency exchange rate used by the Company at the date of processing.


3. REDEEM POINTS

3.1 Redeeming Points for Award Nights

3.1.1
A Member may redeem Points for Award Nights at Participating Properties, subject to availability. Award Nights are subject to dynamic pricing.

3.1.2 Dynamic Redemption Formula.
The number of Points required for one Award Night is determined as follows:

Points required for one night = ADR × 200

“ADR” means the applicable average daily rate (in euros) for the selected date and unit, as displayed by the Company at the time of booking.

3.1.3 Minimum Stay.
A minimum stay of four (4) consecutive nights is required for all Award Night redemptions.

3.1.4 Coverage of Award Nights.
Award Nights cover the room rate only. Taxes, tourism fees and all additional services and incidentals are payable separately by the Member.

3.1.5 Availability and Blackout Dates.
Award Nights are subject to availability. The Company does not apply blackout dates; however, inventory allocated for Award Nights may be limited on certain dates.

3.1.6 No Cash Value.
Points and Award Nights cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or credits.

3.1.7 No Earning on Award Nights.
Members do not earn Points on the Award Night portion of a stay.


4. MEMBERSHIP TIER LEVELS AND BENEFITS

4.1 Membership Tier Levels and Upgrading

4.1.1
Membership of the Loyalty Program is divided into four tiers: Member, Dreamer, Visionary and Iconic.

4.1.2
Tier upgrading is based on lifetime Points accumulated in the Member’s Account as follows:

  • Dreamer: 25,000 lifetime Points

  • Visionary: 50,000 lifetime Points

  • Iconic: 100,000 lifetime Points

4.1.3
A Member will be upgraded to the next higher Membership Tier within a reasonable period, generally within three (3) days, after the relevant Points from a completed Qualifying Stay are credited to the Membership Account. Tier benefits become effective for stays commencing after the upgrade date.

4.1.4
Membership Tiers are based on lifetime Points and are not downgraded, except in cases of membership termination or fraud as per Section 1.8.


4.2 Tier Benefits

In addition to the Basic Membership Benefits defined in Section 1.4, higher-tier Members receive additional benefits. The availability and exact nature of these benefits may vary by property and are always subject to availability and operational constraints.

4.2.1 Member
In addition to Basic Membership Benefits, Member tier includes:
(i) Member discount on selected direct flexible rates booked via Dreamers Channels;
Exact discount percentage and applicable rate plans may be adjusted by the Company and communicated through Dreamers Channels.

4.2.2 Dreamer
Dreamer Members are eligible to receive, in addition to Member benefits:
(i) Enhanced Member rate discount on eligible direct bookings;
(ii) Welcome drink and snack upon arrival;
(iii) Farewell amenity or small souvenir;
(iv) Early check-in / late check-out, subject to availability, with fees reduced or waived at the Company’s discretion;
(v) One-way airport transfer per stay (arrival or departure), for direct bookings only, in accordance with the Company’s transfer policy.

4.2.3 Visionary
Visionary Members are eligible to receive, in addition to Dreamer benefits:
(i) Further enhanced Member rate discount on eligible direct bookings;
(ii) Upgraded welcome experience (for example, local wine and premium snacks);
(iii) Complimentary early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability;
(iv) Personalized pre-arrival communication including tailored suggestions;
(v) Personalized itinerary planning during the stay (e.g. curated recommendations and reservations support);
(vi) Round-trip airport transfers per stay for direct bookings, in accordance with the Company’s transfer policy.

4.2.4 Iconic
Iconic Members are eligible to receive, in addition to Visionary benefits:
(i) Highest level Member rate discount on eligible direct bookings;
(ii) Premium and personalized welcome experience based on Member preferences;
(iii) Priority consideration for room or unit selection, subject to availability;
(iv) Dedicated private concierge contact where operationally available;
(v) Invitation to the “Night of Dreamers” private event, when organized by the Company;
(vi) One in-villa or in-suite breakfast experience per stay, curated and served privately at a pre-arranged time;
(vii) Premium round-trip airport transfers per stay for direct bookings (for example, enhanced vehicle category and amenities);
(viii) Complimentary upgrade to a higher unit category, when available at check-in, at the discretion of the Participating Property.

The Company may define further details or limitations regarding the above benefits (such as maximum occupancy, vehicle types, or blackout periods for specific experiences) in separate communications to Members.


5. NO GUARANTEE OF SPECIFIC BENEFITS; LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

5.1
The Company does not guarantee the continuous availability of specific Awards, benefits, or Participating Properties. Benefits and Awards may vary by property and date.

5.2
The Company shall be liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence or where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence is limited to typical, foreseeable damages.


6. CHANGE OF PROGRAM TERMS

6.1
The Company reserves the right to change the Program Terms, including benefits, earning rules, and redemption conditions, in whole or in part, at any time.

6.2
Substantial changes will be communicated to Members via Dreamers Channels or email within a reasonable notice period, unless immediate change is required by law or for security or operational reasons.

6.3
Continued participation in the Loyalty Program after changes take effect shall constitute acceptance of the revised Program Terms.


7. TERMINATION OF LOYALTY PROGRAM

7.1
The Company may, at its discretion and with reasonable notice, terminate the Loyalty Program for all active Members or replace it with a similar program.

7.2
Upon termination of the Loyalty Program, Members will no longer be able to earn Points, and any unredeemed Points will be forfeited on the effective date of termination, without compensation.


8. GOVERNING LAW

8.1
These Program Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

8.2
As a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Program Terms affects your rights under such mandatory provisions.

8.3
To the extent permitted by law, any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Program Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rhodes, Greece.


9. MISCELLANEOUS

9.1
Each Member is responsible for notifying the Company of any changes in their contact details.

9.2
The Company reserves the right to audit Membership Accounts for compliance with these Program Terms at any time.

9.3
If any provision of these Program Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
